Refund policy

At GlowGadgetz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, missing item, or a product with a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement according to the policy below.

Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligible Return / Replacement Cases

You can request a return or replacement in the following cases:

The product is received damaged.
Wrong product received.
Missing parts or accessories.
Manufacturing defect.
Product received is significantly different from the product description.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

For any complaint related to damaged product, wrong item, missing item, or product defect, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package before opening, shipping label/order details, full parcel opening process, and the product issue or damage clearly.

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.

Product Condition for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, accessories, and manuals, and in the same condition as received.

Used, damaged, altered, scratched, or products without original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Please include your Order ID, customer name, delivery date, reason for complaint, product photos, and clear unboxing video.

Our team will verify the details and inform you whether the return or replacement request is approved.

Refund Policy

Once the return is approved, the product must be returned to us. After receiving the product and completing the quality check, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

Shipping Charges

If the issue is due to product damage, wrong item, or seller/supplier mistake, return shipping support will be provided by us.

For personal reasons, wrong order placed by the customer, or change of mind, the return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Used products, products damaged by the customer, opened or used mobile accessories without any defect, scratches or damage caused after delivery, products without original packaging, clearance sale/final sale items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. After delivery, customers can request a return only as per this return policy.

Important Note

GlowGadgetz reserves the right to approve or reject any return or replacement request after verification. Fake complaints, edited videos, incomplete proof, or requests outside this policy will not be accepted.
