GlowGadgetz will not be responsible for delivery failure, delay, or return caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete information, or customer unavailability.

6. Payment

GlowGadgetz currently accepts prepaid online payments only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. If payment fails or is not completed, the order may not be processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

GlowGadgetz provides India-wide delivery.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–10 days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other unexpected situations.

GlowGadgetz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Return and Refund

Returns or replacements are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

For damaged product, wrong item, missing item, or defective product complaints, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Without a proper unboxing video, GlowGadgetz may not be able to approve the return or replacement request.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and quality check is completed.

9. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. After delivery, customers can request a return or replacement only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

GlowGadgetz will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, wrong installation, water damage, physical damage, or customer negligence.
